Hi my name is Rebekah ...

I have had the privilege of working with hair for over 20 years, I started my career in 1995 and I immediately fell in love with hair and with the fashion industry. My work during this time has been both salon based, and on location.

In salon I have gained great experience and qualifications to the highest level in all aspects of hairdressing. I was Creative director for many years, bridal hair specialist, a colour technician and was involved in teaching and assessing others. I have had some fantastic experiences and have worked with some of the greatest hairdressers in the industry and for some wonderful clients. I now own my own salon, The Pop Up Salon Base, In Kingsbridge Devon, a fantastic little hub of creativity!

On location as a bridal hair specialist and session stylist I have and continue to style Bridal hair in some Amazing venues, work behind the scenes creating looks for shows, and regularly get involved in photoshoots for magazines, I have been fortunate enough over the years to have worked with top fashion designers, models and stylists creating catwalk looks.

The Pop Up salon can be spotted at many locations, in the past we have had blowdry and braid bars in Salcombe in Devon, Glastonbury Festival, Henley regatta and lots of other great events.

Preparing hair for models, and for Brides on their special day is the most rewarding work, It takes a lot of creativity but above all perfection... it is essential to achieve the hair that compliments the whole look perfectly, and to understand someone else's vision..... I LOVE my job!! X
